Additionally, Age Daily invites artists and writers to experiment with a microplatform which fits them with their own Stages — which broadcast what they've saved on the internet as well as watch movies with friends and followers — and gives them a Pocket where they can share images, PDFs, and audio.
The project is modeled against social media and attempts to rethink the idea of life online in miniature. Curation over algorithm, no advertising, not angling for scale, invitation-only. If Instagram or the others constitute the public square, Age Daily's microplatform is a theater house where codes of conduct still exist between the performers and the audience.
